REGISTRATION TERMS (REG-2026-08) — You are requesting a Positive Feedback™ account. Accounts are reviewed and approved by our team. On approval your account starts with 150 welcome MTOK — prepaid usage credits worth 10 cents each. MTOK are closed-loop billing credits: not a cryptocurrency, not tradeable, not an investment. When you later buy MTOK or start a subscription, payment is handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never store your full card number and nothing is charged without a purchase or a signed subscription. We may suspend or close an account at our sole discretion — including for fraud, abuse, unlawful use, non-payment, or violation of these terms; if we close an account for any reason other than those, unused purchased MTOK are refunded. Welcome credits have no cash value and expire with the account. Open subscriptions are cancelled at closure, with no further charges. You can delete your account and your own data at any time.
